How does it work?
We generally offer either a 4,6 or 8 weekly service. This will often depend on personal preferences and other factors such as location and exposure to build up of dirt.
How do we arrange our first window clean?
Simply make contact with our team and we will be happy to provide an estimate based on the information provided or visit your property to give an exact quotation. There is absolutely no obligation to proceed with any quotation.
How do I know what day you will clean?
We will send you a text message the day before we are cleaning and just ask that if you are out access could be made for us to carry out the work.
How do I pay?
We will send you a message after the property has been cleaned and ask if payment could be made within 5 days via bank transfer, we can accept cash if this is preferred.
What if I am not satisfied with my clean?
In the rare event you are for any reason unhappy we will rectify the matter straight away, our reputation is based on us delivering an exceptional service. We are friendly and always contactable and its our hope you will recommend us to other family, friends and colleagues.
What equipment do you use for window cleaning?
We use a water-fed pole system which allows us to carry out most window cleaning work from the ground and thus eliminating the use of ladders. However we understand some properties can be more complex and may need a more tailored solution.
Do you clean the frames?
Yes, you can have a sparkling window but it looks so much better if the frames are clean too. We do this as standard at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my cleaning or Change my frequency of cleaning?
Yes you can cancel your regular clean or change the frequency at any time.
